Abstract

|
The purpose of this study is to investigate the factors that influence the organizational performance of vocational rehabilitation facilities for the disabled. For this purpose, a survey was conducted on 231 workers in the facility, and the confirmatory factor analysis and structural equation model analysis were conducted. As a result, the transformational leadership, the organizational culture, and the empowerment of the facility directors directly influenced the organizational performance. In the indirect effect through the empowerment, the transformational leadership had a significant effect, while the organizational culture did not. The purpose of this study is to establish an effective performance management strategy by verifying the effectiveness of transformative leadership and organizational culture of vocational rehabilitation facilities on organizational performance and by verifying the mediating effect of empowerment.
